• 10:53 a.m. A pit bull on Theale Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• 2:46 p.m. A flatbed truck with a trailer and seven other vehicles were involved in an accident on U.S. Highway 71 near Dartmoor Road. No one was injured.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

• 4:33 a.m. There was a one-vehicle accident at Chelsea Road and Prescott. Ashley Kennedy, 18, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and not having her driver’s license in her possession.

• 11:47 a.m. Deana Bogard, 40, turned herself in on a Bella Vista warrant issued for criminal trespass.

• 12:51 p.m. A large black dog at Beatty and Selkirk was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

• 4:19 p.m. A Jack Russell terrier-mix on Terrington Circle was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

• 9:40 a.m. Danny Rice, 45, was arrested on Wellow Lane on warrants from the Rogers and Bentonville police departments.

• 10:18 a.m. Michael Ham, 19, was arrested on a Bella Vista warrant at the Bentonville District Court.

Thursday, Oct. 29

• 1:17 a.m. Brandon Rice, 19, was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for failure to appear in court after being charged with driving without a license and having defective taillights.

• 10:57 a.m. A woman reported that items stolen from her were located at a pawnshop in Bentonville.

• 6:54 a.m. A beige boat without a motor was floating loose on Lake Ann.

Friday, Oct. 30

• 1:38 p.m. Nick Miller, 19, was cited for having a dog at large on Cranfield. The dog was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

Sunday, Nov. 1

• 12:28 p.m. A male hound-mix with a rabies tag on Wafton Lane was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
