The giveaway will be on a first-come, firstserved basis.

City of Bella Vista

• City Council: 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in the Bella Vista Community TV station at Highlands Crossing Center.

• Planning Commission public meeting: 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at Riordan Hall. Attendees will have an opportunity to review pending projects.

Property Owners Association

• POA Board of Directors : 6 p.m. the third Thursday of each month in the conference room of the Bella Vista Country Club.

In addition, the full board has a work session the Monday preceding the regular monthly meeting. The session begins at 10 a.m. in the Country Club conference room.

• Joint Advisory Committee on Golf: 8:30 a.m. the second Wednesday of the month at Riordan Hall.

• Joint Advisory Committee on Lakes: 1 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month in the Fire Department training room at Town Center West.

• Joint Advisory Committee on Recreation: 4 p.m. the third Monday of each Month at Riordan Hall.

• Village Pride: 1:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month in the fire department training room.
