BELLA VISTA Monday, Aug. 31
◊3:32 a.m. A woman on Merritt Drive reported a man, who seemed confused, rang her doorbell. He wanted to come in, but she sent him away. An officer located the man and took him to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
Tuesday, Sept. 1
◊9:19 a.m. Deborah Boyett, 54, was arrested on Latshaw Drive on a Washington County Sheriff's Office warrant.
◊12:04 p.m. A caller reported people moved from a house on Cawston and left their dogs behind. The dogs were taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
◊2:09 p.m. A caller reported a person, who was driving recklessly and swerving in front oftraffic, pulled into the Sugar Creek Center parking lot. A 45-yearold woman was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
Wednesday, Sept. 2
◊7:37 a.m. No one answered the phone number printed on the collar of an older dachshund found on Brent Lane.
The dog was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
◊11:21 a.m. A chocolate Labrador on Taylor Drive was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
◊12:54 p.m. A blonde Lab mix at the corner of Arkansas highways 279 and 304 was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.
◊4:12 p.m. A man dropping off dogs at the Bella Vista Animal Shelter seemed intoxicated. Robert Weir, 46, was booked for driving while intoxicated.
◊7:49 p.m. A father on Donnington Lane said his 7-year-old child had been touched inappropriately by a 9-year-old boy.
◊9:13 p.m. A man on Lancaster Drive reported a couple of young men were behind a house down by a lake drinking alcohol and fishing. Jesse Utting, 19, and Phillip Allen, 19, were arrested and each charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and for public intoxication. Utting was also arrested on a warrant from the Gravette Police Department.
Thursday, Sept. 3
◊2:18 a.m. A Duxford Circle resident reported someone prowling around their home andringing the doorbell.
Raccoons were found on the back deck.
◊8:31 a.m. A Jack Russell dog has been digging up dead things and bringing them to a home on Sullivan Lane. A notice was left for the dog's owner to call the animal-control officer.
◊8:35 a.m. A white service truck was parked on the wrong side of Basildon Drive, just north of Riordan Hall. The vehicle's door was open and a man was laying face down on the ground.
◊3:17 p.m. A trash can was stolen from a Thornaby Lane residence.
◊6:59 p.m. A truck dropped off a trailer with a forklift on it on Elizabeth Drive. The equipment was for a construction site around the corner.
