This National Association of Home Builders' designation recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who reduce environmental impact by incorporating green building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction.

Those certified have a solid background in green building methods and skills to design structures which provide buyers with lowerenergy costs, lower maintenance, better indoor air quality and higher long term value.
